Romeo had sparked engagement rumours when pictured with his model girlfriend as she flashed a huge diamond ring.
The outing to Soho House White City saw Mia attempt to hide her ring from photographers.
A source close to the Beckhams said it's not true, and Romeo isn't engaged when approached by The Sun.
Romeo has made his own way in football having started his career at Inter Miami.
In January, he joined Brentford B on loan and picked up the first trophy of his career earlier this month.
The club won the Premier League Cup, although he was an unused substitute in the 2-1 final victory over Blackburn.
After the game, the midfielder received his winner's medal and posed with his team-mates as they lifted the trophy.
Brentford are reportedly keen to extend his stay beyond this season.
Bees chiefs have insisted the signing of Romeo is far from a marketing move and that he has impressed coaches in West London.
Director of football Phil Giles told The High Performance Podcast: "It wasn't a PR stunt in any way.
"The thought that went into Romeo is that we have relationships in football, he was looking for places to train in England as he's an Inter Miami player.

"Had he come in and been like, 'I'm a Beckham,' that would have been a disaster for us. The character has to be correct.
"He's a humble guy, good work ethic, good mindset, wants to work extra hours on the training ground and sometimes has to be held back from that."
