IF you're a sausage roll fan but have always been too scared to make them yourself, then look no further.
Becky Excell, who is from the UK, took to TikTok and shared her very simple but "epic" recipe.
And perhaps the best part of all? It takes just 15 minutes in an Air Fryer.
In the clip, the foodie begins: "I must admit, I love a big sausage roll.
"But well, Greggs isn't for me so I make my own and the best way to do it is in the Air Fryer.
"Just use shop bought pastry, sausages, mustard if you fancy and an egg to glaze - and in less than 15 minutes you can have fresh homemade sausage rolls.

"Of course you can make your own pastry using my gluten-free recipe but I ain't got time for that right now. Let's just make this super quick and easy."
She adds: "Another thing I really like about making this in the Air Fryer is that any excess fat drips through the basket so they're never soggy - no soggy bottoms here!
"So if you're a bit of a sausage fan you must try these - they are epic!"
Becky then goes on to share her delicious recipe so that you can give it a whirl for yourself.

She begins by explaining you need to take the skin off 400g sausages and unroll a pack of gluten-free puff pastry.
"Cut it in half," she says. "Optionally spread mustard just off centre all the way down.

"Then add the sausage meat on top - do this on both pieces of gluten-free pastry."
Becky then says to brush the smaller side with egg, before folding over.
"Crimp the edge of both with a fork, brush with egg and cut slashes down the pastry," she continues.
"Cut to fit out Air Fryer basket then Air Fry at 200c for 12-14 minutes."
The video has since racked up an impressive 246,000 views and been inundated with comments from social media users.
"I’ve just done these. Super easy and came out great. Thanks!" enthused one.
A second praised: "So simple and so effective."
