A food fan has revealed how to make the ultimate cheese toastie in an air fryer - so if you never know what to have for lunch, you’ll want to pay attention.
And not only is it delicious, but it’s so simple that even your kids can get involved making it too.
Sharing her recipe online, the foodie, who is known on social media as ‘Gimme Delicious’, explained: “10 minute air fryer grilled cheese has a super crispy exterior with gooey, melty cheese inside, and is simple enough for the kids to make.
“Once you try making grilled cheese in the air fryer I promise there’s no going back.”

If you want to make this grilled cheese recipe, all you will need is four slices of bread, four slices of cheese of your choice and two tablespoons of butter.
The foodie claimed that this recipe works best with cheddar, American cheese, gouda, havarti or provolone, but she prefers to use havarti and cheddar.
To make this cheese toastie, the foodie advised: “Spread butter on one side of a piece of bread and place the buttered side down in the air fryer.
“Top with two slices of cheese and another slice of bread.

“Butter the top of the second slice of bread.
“Air fry at 200 degrees celsius for five minutes.
"Flip the sandwiches and cook for another five minutes or until desired toast.”
The foodie demonstrated each step, before showing off the finished result - and we have to say, it looks mouth-wateringly good.
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @gimme.delicious, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and has since amassed a staggering 2.7 million views.
Social media users were left stunned at the quick and easy recipe and many took to the comments to express this.

However, not everyone was as impressed with the method and many explained that they prefer to use a pan to make grilled cheese.
